There may be nested groups somewhere in my AD, but the group in
question is not one of them (i.e. the members are direct members of
the SVN-users group)

Good to know, thanks.  However, primary group of all users is Domain
Users.

I'm trying to get openfire (Jabber server software running on Linux)
to pull accounts from Active Directory and I want only particular
groups to have access.
