Active Directory memeber****p providerkey

by "David" <david.colliver.NEWS@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 20, 2008 at 03:02 PM

Hi all,

I am using AD to valdiate my users, but I am experiencing a problem...

With SQL based Authentication (using ASP.NET), each user member****p
provider
key is a guid, however, the provider key coming from Active Directory is
not... It starts with S-1-5-1- and a number (that is not in the GUID
format).

How can I handle this? I am expecting a GUID and my system has been built
around the member****p provider key being a GUID.

I look forward to hearing from you.
