scan a do***ent to insert into access 2003 database field

by =?Utf-8?B?Y29tcG1haWw=?= <compmail@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 25, 2008 at 06:51 AM

I have database cards with both text and drawings. In Access 2003 I want
to
set up a data base with some fields that I name and enter the data myself,

then in another field I want to insert a scan of the manual data cards.
Do I
scan these and store them as a separate do***ent. In the database field
what
do I type to create a parth to that do***ent. Ideally when I do a table
query I want it to be able to bring up the record and to show the scanned
data card relating to the information in the fields I typed.
Or do I insert the scanned do***ent direct into the data field and how?

Thanks for any help
