Email Function in Office Menu

I am developing a database to run in runtime.  I would like to add the 
'Email' function to the Office Menu.  

I am unable to find a control Id that enables the Email function to
include 
it into my customised ribbon.

Does anyone know if there a control Id or way that I can include the 
function in the Office menu.
