We got this PC in January of '07. It came with "Windows Vista Home Basic."
At
first you could us it without putting the product key in and it worked
fine.
But after a coupple of uses, everything locked up it wouldn't take the
product key AT ALL. The PC didn't come with a disc but there is a sticker
on
the bottom of the PC with the key on it. I've tried it at least a hundred
times and it just wont work. Is there something I'm doing wrong or maybe
something you could help me with? This is pretty much my last resort,
because
im not paying 50 bucks for one phone call for help. Thanks in advance.
