Access Record Locking/Database Corruption--Office 2007?

by =?Utf-8?B?RE1pbGxlcg==?= <DMiller@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 19, 2008 at 05:39 PM

I have a client experiencing frequent data corruption (error 3078, 3043)
over
a network with the VB application and Access DB. It appears to happen
when
several users are in the DB. Processes that should require exclusive
access
(like Repair/Compact) execute even when the LDB lock file exists in the DB

folder. The only thing different about this client from all the other
sites
is that they have Office 2007, which includes a Trial Version of Access.
Could this have changed the Jet Engine, or caused these problems? Thx
DMiller
