Access 2002/2003 - 2007 replication problem

by "JensB" <Invalid@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 29, 2008 at 11:19 AM

Hi
I have aVs 2008 vb.net / Access application using JRO direct replication..
Masterdesign is placed on my developer PC with Access 2002/2003 installed.

The Hub for the clients are placed on my Customers server.
For a while ago my customer changes to Offices 2007, Hub file and clints
are
still 2002/2003 format, replication went well until this morning.
For a long time only data has been replicated. But this morning I needed
to
make a design change, and I geot this error. (unfortunate in danish)
"Synchronisation did not succeed, as a design change could not be used on
one of the replicas".
Even I changes back the design to the previous state, the error still
occour.

Just as a test, I took the a copy of the masterdesign and dereplicated it
and cleaned it and moved it to the server running office 2007.
Then made a new Master design and a replica in the 2007 environment. but
the
same error comes up.

Any explantion to this behaviar?
JensB
