removing replication

by =?Utf-8?B?amRjaGFyYm9ubmVhdQ==?= <jdcharbonneau@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Mar 17, 2008 at 09:43 AM

I have a .mdb file with dozens of tables and queries. I tried to remove
some
tables and I was told the only way to do so would be to convert the db
into a
replicatiion master. I did so, and was able to remove the tables but now
anything i do to the DB (including running applications that reference it)

are SLOW!

This is a standalone DB - no replication is neccessary. Is there a way I
can
just turn replication off (or remove it) for this file? This is an Access
2002 DB but I'm running Access 2007.

thanks
