I currently have an access database which records trouble calls from the
end
user. I would like to have a macro that takes the current record on the
form
and populates some of the information (name, date, call id number (key
number)) and puts it into a re****t with the survey questions and numbering
system and send an e-mail to the user. I have tried a number of
different
ways and cant' seem to get it to work. Any suggestions.
