Hi Teresa,

     This question really belongs more in an Excel group.  However, what
you 
want in Excel 2003 is Data menu, Im****t External Data, Im****t Data.  This 
assumes that the query already exists in the database.  If not, you will
want 
the New Database Query item instead of Im****t Data.  That should get you 
headed in the right direction.
