#Num! Error when trying to link an Excel File

by =?Utf-8?B?U3VwcGVyRHVjaw==?= <SupperDuck@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Aug 6, 2008 at 11:34 PM

Hello,

My problem occurs only in one column that contains both text & numbers.

748906
310/E
91157656
AKS-?EKER
17271927-29

These are some of the values in the column.

I have given a text to the first line of the excel to trick the Access to
take it as "Text" column. But when i do this, the values (such as 748906)
are
seen as "#Num!". If i do not do this, it can see as number and so the
other
datas which are not numbers are seen as "#Num!"

How can i solve this... I use some excel macros before i save the excel so

your suggestions can include excel side (macros) do to something to solve
the
problem.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Veysel
