help creating a button to im****t .csv file... and more..

good day all,

 I am trying to create a command button to im****t a csv file into a 
tem****ary table... once in the temp table have the data added to a main 
table? 

I have the following:

tblcheckingim****t - temp table
tblecheckingaccount - main table

 I have tried everything...
