I=92m wondering if anyone can explain how to do the following.
I=92m trying to set up a =91paperless=92 office, in which all do***ents
regarding clients are constructed within the office database (using
MSAccess2003), or are received via Fax or e-mail.
I=92m wondering what is the best way to reference the =91received=92 files
within the database, so that they become part of the client files?
The faxed files, for example, are received as C:\Program Files\Winfax
\data\8147043.fxr in my Winfax app. I would like to direct this
do***ent to :
C:\ProgramFiles\MSAccess\Db1.mdb\Client ID 1248, and would like to add
other identifiers.
The same would need doing with received e-mails
Does all of this have to be done manually, or is there some sensible
way of automating this process to provide the appropriate data links?
