External Data collection by E-mail in OFFICE 2007

by =?Utf-8?B?Sm9tYXJr?= <Jomark@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 25, 2008 at 02:04 AM

I find the e-mail message that can be generated when updating data from the

database e-mail information rather basic and restricted in the information

that can be included.

Sending using e-mail addresses from the address book in Outlook is more
flexible.

would it not be possible to include this flexibility with for example a
customisable template? i.e. addition of logos.

Also could the selection of e-mail addresses be more user friendly as one
doesn't necessarily want to send to everyone and in a large database this
can
be timeconsuming to find make selections
