calendar control 11 for filtering form

by "backToASP via AccessMonster.com" <u27805@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 31, 2008 at 04:30 PM

I have installed the calendar activex on a form (Access 2003). Have used
this
control on a separate pop-up form and all works fine. But the client
would
like to open form, dblClick on a date and have the form filtered based on
date selected. All works fine - as long as there are related records. If
the user dblClicks a date that has no related records - the calendar
control
locks up. I tried to add code on the calendar_dblClick event that if
recordCount=0 refresh the calendar - no change. I then tried to have it
move
the focus to a displayed text date field - again no change. Until the
form
is refiltered again (by entering a new date in the displayed text date
field)
to a date that has related records, the calendar control stays locked.
I've
searched this group a while and not seen any other mention of this issue.
Anyone else heard of this? Thanks! JudyG.
